The Chint NL1-63 2P 63A 30mA Type A (article 200363, ref NL1-2-63-30A10) is a two-pole residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) to IEC/EN 61008-1. It provides residual current protection only, with no overcurrent protection, so it is used with an upstream short-circuit protective device.
It is rated 63A with a residual operating current of 30mA, Type A detection and instantaneous tripping in 0.1s or less. The rated conditional short-circuit current and conditional residual short-circuit current (Inc = IΔc) are 10kA, the rated residual making and breaking capacity is 630 A, and the impulse withstand is 6kV. It is 36mm wide, 86mm high and 79mm deep, mounts on DIN rail, has a fault indicator, and is rated IP20 for -25°C to +40°C. Terminals take cable up to 25/35mm² or busbar up to 10/16mm² at 2.5Nm, from top or bottom. Electrical and mechanical life are 4,000 operations each.
