Placing an order
Before you start
An account is required to place an order — guest checkout is not available. Your pricing depends on your account tier, so signing in ensures you see your correct prices.

We currently ship to Ireland only. For UK orders, visit electricalwholesaler.uk.
Step 1 — Add items to your cart
Browse by category or use the search bar to find products. On the product page, select a quantity and click Add to Cart.
Your cart is accessible from the icon at the top right of every page. You can update quantities or remove items at any time from the cart drawer or the Cart page.
Saving items for later: you can add products to a named list from any product page and move them to your cart when ready from your Lists page.
Step 2 — Review your cart
On the Cart page you can update quantities, remove items, and review your order before continuing.
Step 3 — Choose a delivery address
You must be signed in to proceed. On the Delivery page you can select a saved address or add a new one, and review your cart and shipping cost.
Shipping is free on orders over €61.50, otherwise €7.95 per parcel. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
Step 4 — Payment
On the payment page, review your items, address, and total, then enter your payment details.
A phone number is required at this step. If you have not added one to your account, you will be prompted to enter it before completing the order.
Your payment is processed securely. For card payments, your bank may request additional verification (3D Secure) — this is a standard security step.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay, MobilePay.

After placing your order
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and your order will appear in your Order History.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking ID, carrier name, and a link to track your parcel. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.
Partial orders
If one or more items in your order turn out to be unavailable, we will contact you. Unavailable items are refunded and the rest of your order is dispatched as normal.
