Payment security
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never seen or stored by us.
For card payments, your bank may request additional verification at checkout (3D Secure). This is a standard fraud-prevention step required by EU payment regulations — it is not an issue with your card. If you experience difficulties, try again or use an alternative payment method.
Prices and VAT
All prices on electricalwholesaler.ie are displayed in euro (€) and are inclusive of Irish VAT.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. See Shipping & Returns for details on return processing times.
