The Solis IntelliHome 16kWh is the largest unit in the range, a low-voltage lithium iron phosphate battery for residential solar storage on Solis S5 and S6 series hybrid inverters. It operates across a 44.8 to 57.6V window and sustains 157A charging and discharge, with a recommended charge rate of 0.5C. The pack supports 100% depth of discharge and is rated for more than 6000 cycles or ten years of service. An integrated heating element allows operation from -20°C to 55°C, with derating above 45°C, and cooling is natural and fanless. The IP66 enclosure suits outdoor installation, mounted on a wall or stood on the floor, at altitudes up to 4000m. Up to eight units connect in parallel for a maximum nominal capacity of 128kWh. Communication with the inverter is over CAN or RS485.
