A 650W dual-glass bifacial PV module built on N-type TaiRay back-contact cells, sized for commercial and industrial roof and ground-mount arrays.
At STC (AM1.5, 1000W/m², 25°C): - Pmax 650W, module efficiency 24.1%, power tolerance 0~+3% - Voc 54.22V, Isc 15.14A, Vmp 44.87V, Imp 14.49A - Temperature coefficient of Pmax -0.260%/°C, Voc -0.200%/°C - Maximum system voltage DC1500V (IEC), maximum series fuse 30A
Construction is 144 cells (6×24) laminated between two 2.0mm semi-tempered glass sheets in an anodized aluminium frame, 2382×1134×30mm at 33.5kg, with an IP68 junction box carrying three bypass diodes and bifaciality of 70±5%. Static loading is 5400Pa front and 2400Pa rear, with a fire rating of IEC Class A.
Certified to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730, with a 25-year materials and processing warranty and a 30-year linear power output warranty to 88.85%.
