The Toptul Half-Round Second-Cut File is a 250mm (10 inch) engineer’s file with a half-round cross-section, giving one flat face and one curved face for working both straight and concave surfaces. The second-cut teeth deliver a medium coarseness suited to general shaping and finishing of metal after rough stock removal. The file is manufactured from hardened steel for durability and edge retention, and is supplied complete with a fitted handle for safe, comfortable use straight out of the box.
