Timco hex head self-drilling screw for metal construction, designed for attaching metal to heavy section steel up to 12mm thick without pre-drilling.
- Construction: Case and core hardened carbon steel with exterior silver organic finish (500 hours salt-spray resistance, C3 corrosion rating for urban/industrial areas).
- Design: 5.5mm diameter, 32mm length. Hex head (5.6mm height) with integrated 16mm EPDM washer. Self-drilling No.5 point with 15mm drill tip length.
- Thread: Fully threaded metric design with V flutes and torque relieving slash. 10mm effective thread length.
- Application: For steel-to-steel connections in exterior environments. Maximum substrate thickness: 12mm steel.
- Packaging: Trade box of 100 pieces. Pack dimensions: 138 x 92 x 64mm.
