M10x100mm zinc throughbolt for concrete anchoring applications.
- Specifications: Thread Ø M10, length 100mm, fully threaded. Requires 12mm drill hole, 35mm minimum fixture thickness (MFT).
- Material: Cold formed carbon steel Grade 5.8, zinc plated and passivated (3-5µm). Corrosion rating 1 for clean, dry environments.
- Components: Includes M10 hex full nuts (17mm socket) and M10x21mm form A washers.
- Installation: Chamfered head design prevents thread damage. Special expansion clip for rapid installation. Torque controlled fixing - tighten nut 3-4 full turns from finger tight if no torque wrench available.
- Certification: Compliant with DIN 125-A and DIN 934 standards.
