This is a PG13.5 cable gland moulded in nylon (polyamide) and supplied with a matching locknut for securing and sealing a cable where it enters an enclosure, junction box or control panel. The PG13.5 thread has an outside diameter of 20.4mm with a 1.411mm pitch (18 TPI) and fits a 21mm mounting hole. The gland accepts a cable outer diameter typically in the 6-12mm range and is commonly rated to IP68. The compression seal grips the cable to provide strain relief and ingress protection. Nylon construction is corrosion-resistant and suited to general electrical installation.
