The Megger MPU690 is a portable, battery-powered proving unit that simulates AC mains voltage to verify the correct operation of 2‑pole voltage testers. It outputs five stepped voltage levels (690 → 400 → 230 → 100 → 50 V AC) automatically when test probes are inserted. LEDs indicate output level and battery status.
