Lapp ÖLFLEX FD 891 12G1.5, part number 1026312, is an unscreened multicore control cable for use in power chains and on moving machine parts, in measuring, control and regulating circuits. It has 12 cores of 1.5mm², one of them green/yellow earth, with the remaining cores black and printed with white numbers to VDE 0293-334. Conductors are extra-fine bare copper wire to Class 6, and the cores are PVC insulated under a black outer sheath. The cable is rated 300/500V to IEC and 600V under its UL/CSA AWM approval, with a 4000V test voltage. In continuous flexing it operates from -5°C to +70°C, with a minimum bending radius of 7.5 times the outer diameter, or 4 times when fixed. It is flame retardant to IEC 60332-1-2 and CSA FT1.
