The KNIPEX 95 71 600 Cable Cutter is designed for severing wire ropes, steel rods, and both copper and aluminum cables. Measuring 600mm in overall length, this tool accommodates a maximum cutting capacity of 14mm and handles multiple-stranded copper cable up to 150mm². The cutter is suitable for processing overhead cables containing strain relief wire (ACSR-cables), utilizing angular cutting blades that allow for the precise cutting of single rope wire. It is built with a bolted, replaceable cutter head featuring a polished finish and incorporates an optimized transmission ratio to support high cutting performance. The handles are fitted with one-component plastic sleeves for grip. Weighing 1.716 kg, the tool uses shear edge blades to cleanly cut materials across electrical and industrial applications.
