The 420050 Inline Fuse Holder is a cable-mounted (in-line) holder for a single 5x20mm glass cartridge fuse. The two-part cylindrical body screws together, allowing the fuse to be inserted or replaced without cutting the cable. It is wired into a circuit in series via its pre-attached flexible wire leads, providing overcurrent protection at the point of connection. Typical of this format, the holder is rated up to 250V and suits low-current circuits in the region of 6-10A, subject to the fuse fitted. Commonly used in appliance, low-voltage, lighting and general electrical wiring where a compact in-line fuse point is required. Sold individually.
