Flexicon FSU is a flexible conduit built from a helically wound galvanised steel core with a black PVC coating, listed by Flexicon for general factory wiring and connections to machines. This is the 25mm size (FSU25B), with an outside diameter of 26.0mm, an inside diameter of 21.1mm and a minimum inside bend radius of 55mm. Ingress protection depends on the termination: IP54 with standard fittings and IP65 with Flexicon FSU type C compression fittings. The operating temperature range is -15°C to +70°C, and the PVC coating is self-extinguishing. Matching 25mm FSU fittings are made with M25 metric or PG21 threads, in fixed, swivel and plain hole connector types.
