The Dimplex DAR100 is a 1000W electric radiator from the Dimplex AluRad Wi-Fi range. Built-in Wi-Fi allows the heater to be controlled and scheduled remotely from a smartphone or tablet using the Dimplex CapaConnect app, and it is compatible with Amazon Alexa voice control. The radiator is oil-filled and built on a 100% recycled aluminium chassis.

On the unit, a digital electronic thermostat accurate to ±0.2°C (setpoint 7–30°C) works with a 7-day programmable timer offering up to four heating periods per day and three factory presets. Open window detection and adaptive start control are built in, alongside a 1.7” TFT LCD display, keylock and an auto-reset thermal cut-out.

IP24 splash-proof, Class I, ~230–240V 50Hz. Lot 20 (Ecodesign) compliant, CE and UKCA marked. Hardwired installation with a one-piece wall bracket supplied. 583 x 490 x 130mm, 12.2kg. 2-year guarantee, extended to 5 years when registered with Dimplex within 28 days of purchase.
