This is an empty ABS enclosure for surface (wall) mounting, measuring 800mm high x 600mm wide x 260mm deep and rated IP65 against dust and water ingress. It has a clear (transparent) polycarbonate hinged door with a lock, allowing indicators and equipment to be viewed without opening the enclosure. The moulded ABS body is finished in RAL 7035 grey and is supplied with a steel mounting backplate and fixing brackets for mounting terminal blocks, DIN-rail assemblies or control equipment. The insulating thermoplastic construction suits distribution, control and instrumentation applications in indoor or protected environments. As an empty enclosure it is supplied without devices fitted. Impact (IK) rating and exact depth should be confirmed against the supplier datasheet for the stocked item.
