The ABB OVR T1-T2 3N 12.5-275s P QS is a combined Type 1 and Type 2 surge protective device for the protection of three-phase-plus-neutral (4-pole) low-voltage installations on TT and TN-S systems. It withstands a lightning impulse current (Iimp, 10/350us) of 12.5kA per pole, has a nominal discharge current (In, 8/20us) of 20kA and a maximum discharge current of 80kA per pole, with a voltage protection level (Up) of 1.5kV line-to-earth. The maximum continuous operating voltage (Uc) is 275V. It uses pluggable cartridges for easy replacement and includes a reserve varistor that maintains basic protection at end of life. The device is DIN-rail mounted, occupies four modules and is built to IEC/EN 61643-11. ABB ordering code 2CTB815710R1900.
