This 1.5mm² 7 core SWA armoured cable is designed for power and control applications in demanding environments, rated at 600/1000V with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation and a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer sheath. The cable features Class 2 stranded plain copper conductors and is reinforced with galvanised steel wire armour (SWA) for mechanical protection. Compliance with BS 6724 ensures suitability for installations requiring enhanced fire and smoke safety, with an operating temperature range from -20°C to +90°C. This cable is ideal for fixed installation in public buildings, underground, outdoor, and hazardous environments where fire performance is critical. Black sheath, white numbered cores for clear identification. Suitable for IS 10101:2020 compliant installations requiring LSZH cables.
