This 2.5mm² 4 core SWA armoured cable is designed for mains power distribution and control applications, rated at 600/1000V with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation and a robust LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath. The cable features Class 2 stranded copper conductors, steel wire armour (SWA) for mechanical protection, and complies with BS6724. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +90°C and is suitable for direct burial, underground, ducting, indoor, and outdoor installations – particularly where enhanced fire performance and low smoke emission are required.
