This 10mm² 4 core SWA armoured cable is designed for low smoke, fire-safe power distribution in industrial and public buildings. Rated at 600/1000V, it features Class 2 stranded copper conductors, XLPE insulation, steel wire armour (SWA), and a black LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer sheath. Compliant with BS 6724 and BS EN/IEC 60228, it supports installation methods including direct burial, cable tray, and ducting where limited smoke and acid gas emission is critical. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +90°C. Suitable for fixed installation in environments where fire safety is essential, such as airports, datacentres, railway stations, and similar applications requiring robust armouring and superior fire performance.
