DESCRIPTION

The fluorescent light starter essentially controls the high voltage kick that's needed for a bulb to heat up for efficient and quick lighting. It's really easy to tell if your glow starter needs replacing as you'll see the light flicker or only work on one side. You can use this starter with 4 W to 80 W fluorescent tubes and with voltages ranging from 220 V to 240 V.
