The IEC 309 HP system comprises plugs and socket-outlets from 16 to 125A in two different versions – straight mobile and 10° push-mounting. The introduction of all the clock references for the earthing contact completes the range for specific applications and installations. The 16-32A versions require screw or quick spring wiring, while the 63-125 A versions employ branching terminal connection technology.
A range of trailing and fixed plugs and socket-outlets for industrial use, complying with the dimensional and performance standards unified at International level (IEC 60309) and assimilated by the European Standards (EN 60309) and Italian Standards (CEI 23-12). Sleeves and pins are obtained from solid brass bar, type Pt. CuZn40Pb2 (Cu 58%, Zn 40%, Pb 2%).
