Terms And Conditions (competitions)

GENERAL:    

  • The promoter of competitions on this website is Monaghan Electrical Wholesale Ltd, trading as www.electricalwholesaler.ie. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur when you submit a competition entry. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the weebsite immediately.  
  • Competition entries are subject to general terms and conditions.
  • Staff members of Monaghan Electrical Wholesale Ltd,  trading as www.electricalwholesaler.ie or their immediate famalies are excluded from competitions.
  • Competition entrants must be 18 years or older.
  • The promoters decisions are final.

SNICKERS HOODIE COMPETITION:    

  • Entries are accepted up to close of business (6.00pm) on January 12th 2018
  • The winning entry will be selected by promoter staff based on the most appropriate entry submitted.
  • In the case where multiple entrants submit the sameselected  name, the winner will be drawn randomly from those who submitted that name.
  • The prize is a single Snickers Hoodie (style 2815). The winner will be afforded the opportunity to select the size (adult sizes only)
  • In cases where the designated prize style or size is unavailable, a product of similar size and value will be substituted.
  • Prize includes delivery by standard post within Ireland and the UK.
  • Winner will be announced on our Facebook page w/c 15th January 2015
  • Allow 28 days for delivery.
