To reassure customers that their screwdrivers have been thoroughly tested for their most crucial feature—insulation—Wera Kraftform Plus VDE screwdrivers go through a dielectric strength test under a 10,000-volt load in a water bath. This test is performed on each Wera VDE screwdriver to ensure that it will operate safely up to 1,000 volts in compliance with EN 60900:2012. Wera's multi-component Kraftform handles, which have firm zones that glide across the hand to enable for quick operating speeds and softer gripping zones to ensure greater torque transfer and exceptional comfort during prolonged usage, ideally fit into the hand.
